Republicans want to kill us. Erase that. Republicans are killing us.
That alone will get me kicked off The New York Times.
Again.
The truth is just the truth. Americans cannot face the truth. You live in an ugly country inhabited by ugly people with their fetish for a king. I think I proved that identity is more complex than homogenization. I am who I say I am.
It’s radical. How is telling the truth uncivil.
But authority says: You are who we say you are. Catch me if you can. Ross Douthat is a great writer. I never say that. I admire him, and we do not agree on anything. Ross is quite sophisticated with his view that we need more babies (and converts). The writing is extraordinary. The penchant for more babies (and converts) is what sends my eyes to the sky. There are too many people who live here. You have totally ruined our environment. That, too, is killing us.
People like me keep asking: How do they live with themselves. I do try explain to them that these are people who have stuff. When you have stuff, you do not want other people to have stuff. It makes no sense. We shrug. We are beyond poor. This is a war between the haves and have-nots. Conservatives own the guns. They want to kill you. Shutting us up is a lot of work. The haves won. They own the toys. They are conservatives. They conserve. But not this time. tim barrus
