Ordinary Matter

the human animal is made of ordinary matter/ the elements the animal is made from have a gravitas and interact with light/ when you left, i could not walk through any of our rooms without being hit in the face with the subsequent warmness that you were still there/ all the spaces in the stillness of the house suggested that you were perhaps in the next room, or that your smells still lingered on towels and sheets and blankets and things because they had absorbed you/  photons that last scattered off electrons have developed a different slightly cooler profile than those scatterings off the less social madness of electrons seemingly lingering in the middle of nowhere/ or perhaps that was just me wandering room to room, picking up after you before i hung you out to dry/
