Some of the steadicams are getting to heavy. The competition to be able to use a steadicam has created a group of Hollywood cowboys who want to be an exclusive club of the in-photographers and cinematographers holding their own, and no one is saying: hey, these things are getting too heavy, and what this does is lockout most females, not because females are not strong enough, but it leaves out the guy who has your back. The guys who actually holds you up during pull shots going backwards. One person cannot do it. It takes two. The two of you can become a team. Women do not historically present themselves as a team. I do not know why. When you have been kept out of the creative process, it takes a couple of generations to fucking own it.
