Smash Street Takes Sex Ed on the Road
The Smash Street Boys have created their own sex-ed class because they contend that adults give out too much misinformation, and they say adults think kids are too stupid to understand what is being left out. So they invented their own curriculum that is based on questions and dialogues all of which are focused on what sex is, and what human sexuality is and isn’t. Most school districts cannot afford them. And sex-ed itself is a hot button item for many school districts, and school districts all over the country have stopped offering sex-ed because it’s just too much trouble. But with travel and food (especially food), they do try to keep costs down, and the materials they use are materials they make.
