DONALD JOHN TRUMP IS A TRAITOR

Cruel and unusual punishment.

Children tortured. Children taken from parents. Children locked in cages. Children died.

Public policy. Cruel and unusual punishment.

The constitution is not vague about cruel and unusual punishment.

Donald John Trump took an oath to protect, preserve, and defend the American constitution.

He failed. He failed deliberately, with malice, and he targeted children.

He is a traitor.

He is not a minor criminal. He is a traitor. He ripped up the American constitution – he made the torture and detention of children public policy, and that public policy was instituted with malice, revenge, hate, arrogance, defiance of the Eighth Amendment – intentional, premeditated murder perpetrated against defenseless children as public policy with designed, systematic, premeditated atrocity.

Singling out, and attacking one race of children who died in custody packed like cattle.

These were seized upon, attacked, tortured by no proper access to food or water, hemmed in, under siege, overwhelmed, assaulted, inundated, had their medications removed, crowded together so flu disease could spread. This was biological warfare, and all of this was carried out by an indifferent bureaucracy who willingly committed the murder of children in care.

Children whose parents were murdered by organized crime when deported. These were children whose parents were never accounted for.

Extreme cruel and unusual punishment.

There is one very specific penalty for treason.
