Violence Is Here
I am usually shut down if I even begin to call for violence. That time has come even if the liberals bemoan it. The liberal elite has never fought a war of violence in the streets of America. What America.
I blame the elitists as much as I blame the lovers of the Confederacy. My home is in a little Southern town nestled in the Blue Ridge mountains. My neighbors do not refer to the Civil War as the Civil War. They simply do not know that term. They say: The War Between the States.
It has a certain ring to it as values always get passed down while the context of language provides a structure upon which hate thrives harder than a monument.
Even the liberals are going to have to choose what side they are on beyond the hand-wringing of reaching out to the Other Side. I am here to tell you that the Other Side wants to kill you. This sleepy little town, and all the other sleepy little towns, are armed to the teeth. If you think the KKK died out, and disappeared, you have not walked down my Main Street on the Fourth of July with your lawn chairs to cheer on the football team that will not be playing football. Not this year, and these people are shaken. The Confederate flag on every truck. Men with MAGA caps and military assault rifles.
Who do you think those military assault rifles are for. Do you really think these people buy assault rifles they will only use in self-defense. Get real.
