The Hard To Reach
We have many stories told about people living with HIV. These run the gamut from novels to screenplays.
There is nothing out there that directly focuses on the HARD TO REACH.
Who are the hard to reach.
This is a stupid question
You KNOW who they are. Stop pulling my chain.
We pretend we do not know them.
We render them invisible.
We give them nothing to reach for. They are not in our stories or in our pop culture society.
We pretend we try.
What we really do is build institutional walls that prevent their stories from ever being told.
