Not a day goes by when I don't have to make the decision -- should I run with this or bury it. Mainly, I bury it. Journalism is what you can get away with, too. Most journalism wants to uphold established values and yet it is compelled to rub shoulders with pop culture, and pop culture is now the celebration of the celebrity. They werre telling us about who they were as Homo sapiens because we are them as well or we would not be here and I would not be writing this. They were writing all the stories and calculations down.
